SEXUAL HARASSMENT POLICY
It is important to us as a club to take proactive measures to prevent sexual harassment of our members, to ensure that the club remains a safe and open space. As such the club has a zero-tolerance policy regarding sexual harassment.
Sexual harassment by any individual involved in club activities shall not be tolerated. If observed, the person will have any and all memberships and associations with the club terminated with immediate effect. All sexual harassment complaints remain confidential unless such confidentiality affects the ability of the Club to maintain a safe environment. No punitive or retaliatory action will be taken against anyone who submits a sexual harassment or other complaint.

WIDER SERVICES
The university offers a sexual harassment and violence support service, and a counselling service.
The Oxford SU offers support through It Happens Here, a student-run anti-sexual violence campaign.

More widely, support is offered through Oxfordshire Sexual Abuse and Rape Crisis Centre, Rape Crisis, Victim Support, and Survivors UK (for male and non-binary survivors).
